Order Cancellation and Return Policy

The delivery of the order is guaranteed by the recipient’s signature on the order form. When the recipient cannot sign himself, a third person can sign.

In case the recipient refuses for any reason to sign, the sender has no right to dispute the delivery and refuse any charge.

The cancellation of the order is accepted up to one day before the delivery of the order and the entire amount is refunded. In the case of cancellations made on the same day, the amount is not refunded but in case the sender does not wish to send them, they will not be sent. This is because the preparation of the order involves irreversible modification of the flowers.

Complaints about the quality of the flowers are accepted on the same day and only by the sender. In this case, our representative checks if there really is a problem, and if there is a problem, the product is replaced.
